1. Manufacturer's DescriptionThe Personal Portable Inflatable Sauna requires no installation, no plumbing and no specialized electrical connections. 

Steam at about 45 degrees Celcius is produced from an electric steamer that is controlled by its own timer and introduced into a totally enclosed bathtub. Any small amount of condensing water that is produced can easily be wiped up with a towel. 

The only additional items that are needed are a towel, a small seat (a plastic garden chair or a wooden stool is ideal) and just add water. 

For thousands of years steam baths have been used to relax and invigorate the human body. This ancient method of health care relaxes the skin and internal organs, stimulating the circulation of the blood vessels and the body's metabolism.
